A Company Restaurant at the CPS Yaounde-Independence
The restaurant provided for staff working at CPS Yaounde-Indépendance and neighbouring structures has been operational since Tuesday the 6th of August 2024.
The NSIF steps up its game! Located at the back of the Social Insurance Centre Yaoundé-indépendance, the Bis Bucks café is the new venue where NSIF employees can enjoy a convivial meal without leaving their workplace.
This restaurant is the first in a long series currently being set up. As part of implementing the 2023-2027 strategic plan, it is planned to equip at least 40% of NSIF functional structures with restaurants.
Since Tuesday, the 6th of August 2024, the Bis Bucks café team has been busy in the kitchen offering a range of breakfasts and lunches to eat on-site or take away, Monday to Friday, between 6.30 am and 3.30 pm. Each day's menu will include a selection of starters, hot balanced dishes, and high-quality desserts made on the premises so that employees can share a friendly moment with their colleagues, and then get on with the day after being energised. Moreover, the Bis Bucks café offers the possibility of organising special events, with special menus to order.
This initiative is proof that the Top Management of the NSIF listens to the needs of its staff, cares about their well-being, and spares no effort to improve the working environment and conditions constantly.
