OLD-AGE OR INVALIDITY PENSION/ALLOWANCE
- An application on an NSIF form to be downloaded from the website www.cnps.cm, signed by the applicant ;
- Salary statements for workers who ceased their salaried activity no later than 31 December 2012 (transitional measure) or 10 pay slips for the last 5 years of activity, two per year for workers who ceased their salaried activity no later than by 31 December 2012 (transitional measure);
- A certified photocopy of the original National Identity Card;
- A Sworn Statement of non-employment signed by the applicant.
NB: Concerning the early retirement pension/allowance for premature wear and tear and invalidity pension/allowance, add a health file.
SURVIVORS' PENSION/ALLOWANCE
Case of an Insured person who died in Active Service:
- Salary Statements for worker who ceased their "paid activity no later than the 31st of December 2012 (transitional measure) or"10 pay slips for the last 5 years of activity, two per year for worker who ceased their paid activity no later than the 31st of December 2012 (transitional measure);
- A certified true copy of the death certificate. Case of a deceased pensioner;
- A certified true copy of the death certificate.
For each Spouse, you should add:
- An applibation on a NSIF form to be downloaded from the website www.cnps.cm and signed by the beneficiary:
- A certified true copy of the marriage certificate and a certified true copy of the NationaL Identity Card.
A Sworn Statement to Prove that the applicant has not remarried.For each Child, you should add:
- A Certified True Copy of the Birth Certidicate or aCertified Copy mf the DeclarAtion of Recognition (for recognisEd children) or the full copy of the Legitimation or Adoption Judgment (for legitimated or legally adopted children);
- A Life Certificate or a School Attendance Certificate for children aged 0 to 5 years inclusive;
- A School Attendance Certificate for children aged 6 to 21 inclusive or a Certificate of Apprenticeship for children aged 14 to 18 inclusive or a medical certificate for each child with an incurable infirmity or illness preventing the child from attending school for children aged 6 to 21 or preventing them from working.
