OLD-AGE, DISABILITY AND DEATH PENSION
In order to benefit from an old-age, invalidity or death pension, the social insured person claiming (or on whose behalf a claim is made) a benefit must have permanently ceased all paid employment.
In the Old-Age, Invalidity and Death Pension Insurance branch, paid employment is calculated according to the months of insurance.
Insurance month.
An "insurance month" is any month of employment of at least 15 days or 100 hours in a job subject to the pension scheme or receiving a salary at least equal to the guaranteed minimum wage (SMIG*). The following are considered as months of insurance
