Intercompany Super Cup: a new trophy for the NSIF!
The Eleven of Cameroon's social security institution won by a resounding 4-0 scoreline against SNH in the final played on Saturday 12 April 2025 at the annex A stadium of the Olembe sports complex in Yaounde.
The NSIF-SNH match, in the final of the Cameroon Inter-Company Tournament Super Cup, officially launched the 2025 football season on Saturday 12 April 2025 at the Annex A stadium of the Olembe Sports Complex. Attended by a capacity crowd, the remake of the cup final of the same tournament, for the 2024 season, played on 25 January 2025, was a cocktail of decibels of jubilation, thanks to the festival of the NSIF against a team from the National Hydrocarbons Corporation, confused by various and rapid offensives.

Indeed, the “remontada” did take place, thanks to a collective performance of the highest order, highlighted by four goals from Moctar Tachimi (double), Foe Stéphane and Bebga Fabrice. Coach Patrice Abanda Etong was delighted with the result: "We had to put in a better performance after our slip-up on 25 January, when we came very close to victory against the same opponents. As you can see, we have a young squad and this time the players were able to overcome the pressure against a tough opponent. If we continue to play with the discipline and concentration we showed today, we can have a good season, because our objective is to win the double”.
This dazzling victory enables the NSIF to kick off its new sporting season in the best possible way, with a major trophy. So it was only natural to see the smiles on everyone's faces and the points raised in victory. The trophy was presented to the representative of the Director General, to loud cheers and chants of victory. "Well done to the NSIF for winning!" said Nana Bello, Director of Human Resources, as he lifted the trophy.
The ‘twelfth man’ was also present to collect this new trophy, which confirms the good organisation of the NSIF. Well done! More images and videos on the NSIF Facebook page.
