THE NEW NSIF BUILDING: Star of the Avenue des Banques (2)

The NSIF has been busy with the construction of its new 2SS+R+8 building, at the Avenue des Banques in Yaoundé. Offices ready for rent await clients in this architectural jewel which, by the way, leaves no user indifferent.

The Avenue des Banques now has its star thanks to the NSIF. Its anodised aluminum facade on an eight-story double-glazed curtain wall brightens the pavement day and night. Brilliant yes, but also secure. It is equipped with a high-security proximity system, through its central monitoring computer station, giving it access by cameras to all corners of the building.  Next to this, a general control room for air conditioning, for filtering or renewing the air conditioning or natural air giving life to the building.

The new commercial building of the NSIF is an eight-story complex, built on an area of about 2000 m², for an area of occupancy of about 1450 m², giving it quick access to all strategic points of the capital. Proud of its height, it sits majestically on two basements reserved for car parks, with an area of 1200 m² for 80 vehicles each, both protected by a waterproofing coating and layers of coating.

Its ground floor of 744.56 m², on which is spread out the floor, a glazed tile with a unit dimension of 60x120, contains three halls in particular, one entrance and two for elevators, a sanitary block, offices and the central video surveillance station. It is a private L-type building in the second category of the Receptive Ranking of the Public, which supports the mark of the strong interest of the Director General for real estate investment. Unique for its texture and its imposing size among banks, but also for its flexible electrical layout, offering smoke-free services, automatic lighting from the eighth floor to parking lots, security alarm, air renewal, regulated air conditioning and magnetic access. Its four elevators have a capacity of 16 seats each, facilitating shuttles. People with reduced mobility have a special place, both in the traffic and in the parking lot, access ramps and toilets are adapted.

For its living space, it offers 63 offices with variable surfaces, DG and sanitary offices and two large triplex offices, giving a magnificent view over the whole avenue des Banques. The new commercial building of the NSIF is an opportunity for everyone, an opportunity to stay in complete reliability, serenity but also security, which arrives only once. It bears the mark of good work, rigor, the slogan of a conquering and visionary NSIF, adapted to the current issues.
