Technical Cooperation: the NSIF Shares Its Experience
A team from the National Social Security Fund of Burkina Faso (CNSS) is currently on a working visit from the 8th to the 11th of November 2022 at the Directorate General.
The Conference Room of the Board of Directors was the venue for the first working session on Tuesday, the 8th of November 2022. Mr. Seydou Koné led the team that came from Ouagadougou. The objective of the visit was to tap into the expertise of the NSIF in terms of digitisation of recovery procedures, and social benefits and to know more about good practices.
The working session started with a welcome address by the Technical Director, representing the Director General of the NSIF. In return, the Head of the Burkinabe delegation responded:
“First of all, I would like to thank the Top Management of NSIF Cameroon for having accepted to receive us. In Burkina, we are in a phase of digitalisation and we know that in Cameroon, you are ahead. We have come to learn about the processes involved in this digitalisation and to implement the good practices in the sub-region.”
The delegation from the country of the Stallions is made up of a team of six officials, all seeking to learn about quality management of social benefits, recovery, and initiatives to improve governance and human resources management. These expectations were answered by the general introductions of the Technical Director (DT) and the Deputy Director of Human Resources (DRH2), assisted by their close collaborators.
Through this technical cooperation, the NSIF once again asserts its position as a leader in social security in Africa. The working visit of the CNSS team continues until Friday, the 11th of November 2022 in Yaounde.
