Board of Directors: 2022 Management Report Examined

Board Members of the National Social Insurance Fund meeting in their Ordinary Session examined among other items on the agenda, the performance for the 2022 financial year.

Opening the session on Thursday, 9^th of March 2023 at 9.45 am, Mrs Mohamadou Bilitté née Haman-Djoda, President of the Board of Directors of the NSIF, first congratulated the newly appointed Board Members as well as those who maintained their positions. Presidential Decree No. 2023/032 of 18 January 2023 saw three new Board Members joined the Board of Directors of the NSIF.

 After a round of introductions by each member, the 13-point agenda was presented. The work was consecrated mainly to examine the Institution’s balance sheet for the 2022 financial year, adopt the minutes of the Board of Directors' sessions of the 23^rd and 24^th of November 2022, the report on the implementation of the resolutions of the Board of Directors' sessions of the 23^rd and 24^th of November 2022, the report on the actions taken by the President of the Board of Directors within the framework of the delegation of powers granted by the Board of Directors, the report on the specialised Committees of the Board of Directors and the specific reports.

 Similarly, the examination of the Auditor's report, the creation of a geriatric service within the Essos Hospital Centre, the outsourcing of employer controls, the lump sums to be paid for printed forms delivered online, as well as the entry and exit of patrimony will also be the subject during this session.
